Overview

At Wellness for Love, we are committed to providing exceptional mobile IV therapy and wellness services. We understand that plans can change, and this Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms set forth below.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation with 24+ Hours' Notice

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation with 2-24 Hours' Notice

If you cancel between 2 and 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of $50 will apply. The remainder of your payment (if applicable) will be refunded to your original payment method.

Late Cancellation (Less Than 2 Hours) or No-Show

If you cancel less than 2 hours before your appointment or fail to be available at the agreed-upon location at the scheduled time, no refund will be issued. The full service fee will be retained.

Rescheduling

We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests. Rescheduling is free of charge when requested at least 2 hours before your appointment. To reschedule, contact us via phone, SMS, or through our website. Rescheduled appointments are subject to provider availability.

Refunds After Service Delivery

Service Satisfaction

Because IV therapy involves the administration of fluids and nutrients that cannot be "returned," refunds are generally not available once a treatment has begun or been completed. However, we take your satisfaction and safety seriously.

Incomplete Treatments

If a treatment cannot be completed due to medical reasons (e.g., inability to establish IV access, adverse reaction requiring discontinuation), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion. Our nursing staff will document the circumstances, and refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Service Quality Concerns

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review your concerns and may offer a partial refund, credit toward a future service, or a complimentary re-treatment at our discretion.

Please include your name, appointment date/time, and reason for the request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

• All approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
• If you paid by a method other than credit/debit card, refund arrangements will be made on an individual basis.

Promotions and Gift Certificates

• Services purchased at promotional or discounted rates are eligible for refund at the price actually paid, not the full retail value.
• Gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable and do not expire.

Force Majeure

In the event that we must cancel your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, natural disaster, public health emergency, or provider emergency), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your booking will govern that transaction.
